We provide services through e-commerce under the dropshipping model, facilitating the sale of products shipped directly from our international suppliers to the end customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms.

3. Products and Prices

  • All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

  • We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

  • Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur.

4. Payments

  • We accept payments via credit cards (international), Stripe, and PayPal.

  • All payments must be completed before the order is shipped.

  • Failure to complete payment will result in automatic cancellation of the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and prepared within up to 48 business hours.

  • Delivery times may vary between 3 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped, and customers can track their orders directly on our Order Tracking page.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, logistics issues, or force majeure events.

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or additional charges in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product, provided it is unused, intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns requested within the first 7 calendar days after delivery are free of charge.

  • After 7 days and within 30 days, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors made by our store.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return/refund, unless defective.

7. Warranties and Liability

  • We do not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • The company’s maximum liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount paid for the product.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of Concept Premium Decor or its partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Brazil.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be located in Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil.
