Refund & Returns Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product.

• Within the first 7 calendar days, returns are free of charge, provided the product is intact, unused, and undamaged.

• After 7 days and up to 30 days, the customer may still return the product, but the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer, depending on their location.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

• If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, returns or replacements will be made at no cost to the customer.
